I have over 34+ years of experience in bankruptcy and foreclosure court since 1988. This includes over 5,000 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 case cases and over 1,000 foreclosures I have defended. In 2021 we removed two-second mortgages in foreclosure actions while mortgages were in forbearance. We have taught boot camps to other attorneys on how to defend against foreclosures and bankrupt problem debts such as taxes and student loans.
